I am extremely thankful to Mahesh sir. Amazing intuition. I had contacted him over a new flat, I was planning to buy. He was prompt and the became the deciding factor in finalizing my flat. He patiently listens and answers all our questions. Goes ahead and answers, even those questions which we do not ask. For me personally, he brought up a question, I had planned to ask but had forgotten since. I will say, we must go whatever he suggests. We might not understand the reason today.
